I’ve been on my own healing journey for the past 30 years and know what it’s like to feel stuck in the pain of the past (from childhood, adult and ancestral traumas) - to battle with addictions and feel so lost and low at times that I questioned the point of living. There’s no denying the pain, but I’m here to tell you that there is a way through.

Much of the healing journey is simply about learning to make friends with ourselves. To become the best friend, mother, father, sister, brother and lover you’ve ever had - to yourself. To embrace both the light and dark within us from a place that is clear, balanced and neutral. It is the ALL and this is what I refer to as the S.E.L.F. (your Super-conscious Evolutionary Life Force).

The SELF is your inner guiding light and refers to the innate healing intelligence that lives inside each of us. It is the wise, compassionate loving presence that is unconditionally kind, caring, nurturing, solid and stable. Until we discover this Living Life Force within us, we will continue to look outside of ourselves for the answers and our healing. We can spend our entire lives on this search or we might just try to avoid the pain all together through various distractions, self-destructive behaviors, or substances. We’re all human and I’ve been there too - it’s natural to want to avoid pain, but the reason we avoid it is because we don’t realize we have the power to heal it. Right. Within. Ourselves.

Finding your way back to this Inner Source of Healing is the goal of Inner Connection Coaching. We all have the power of SELF within us whether we are aware of it or not. In fact, we wouldn’t be here without it, but at some point along the way we lose our connection to it due to trauma and unprocessed pain. The journey back home to your SELF doesn’t happen overnight and it takes courage and commitment to your own growth, healing & evolution.
